RESERVATION & BOOKING PROCEDURES:
You can request booking via e-mail info@hotelthesacredvalleyhome.com. Through our Booking Form. Once receipt of your booking request, our reservation staff will response you as soon as possible & inform you about room availability and make tentative booking.

We will send our reservation confirmation for your record and indicate payment due date. Reservation procedures will response to you within 48 hour if reservation is received during our office hours (09:00 a.m. – 18:00 p.m. Sunday – Friday).

Your booking will be secured after receiving confirmation email.

Payment  by card :should pay (4% extra for bank charge)

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellation must be notified to HTSVH in written only.
• Any cancellations or modification  received less than 7 day(s) before arrival will be subjected to a cancellation fee, in the amount of 1 night(s) charge of each booking.
• Failure to arrive at our hotel will be treated as a late cancellation. This will incur 100% of total amount.
• Payment by credit card:  4% credit card fee will be applied for bank charge
